Our trained professionals are instructed to always protect personal safety for our clients and our employees.  Starting at your systems installation and continuing throughout the term of our agreement, if any Platinum Propane representative determines that the liquid propane gas service system is unsafe for any reason, Platinum Propane reserves the right to refuse propane gas service permanently, if no resolution is possible for a safe repair, or temporarily until any repair is complete and the equipment is restored to proper working condition.
